Watch is in good working condition but the crown isn’t the greatest. It’s tricky to wind the watch because if you pull the crown out too far you start changing the time, but not far enough and you’ll just screw the crown back in.

Also, after setting the time, you must fully screw the crown back in, then unscrew it again in order to wind the watch. Attempting to wind the watch after setting the time will not work (unless you do this). If you don’t you’ll just keep moving the hands around.

Also be sure to not over wind the watch. You will feel resistance once it’s fully wound.

Sounds like a lot but this is honestly a great watch. This is my first and only Vostok so not sure if all vostoks are like this or just this one but I just wanted to leave a thorough description. Once I got the hang of it I fell in love with this watch.
