Shipping

We have FAST SHIPPING processing times. We normally ship same day of payment. 

We ship daily during business days via USPS and Fedex. Please contact us for actual shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International or other shipping options. You can ship by your Fedex account or your label if requested. 

Buyer must ensure that "ship to" address is correct at the time of purchase and payment of item. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to buyer's oversight.

Return and Exchange Policies

No return is allowed unless functionality defects are reported with the item. Please contact to inform us of the issue, providing us with PICTURES of the serial number and the defect/issue you are mentioning. We don't allow a return for incompatibility, change of mind, or a misunderstanding on buyer's part. We are trying our best to describe our items clearly by demonstrating pictures and using information provided by manufacturers. Buyers should read item description carefully and send us an email to clarify any questions before making a bid. 

Should misunderstanding or change of mind occur, we will not be able to allow free returns, RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED (which varies based on item pricing/shipping cost). Once the item is returned and the defect is verified, we will refund promptly. If the item is tested and working properly without the reported defects, no full refund will occur. We will only refund the price of the item; Shipping and handling WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES. • Minor wear of labeling may be visible

Used Very Good

• Cosmetic blemishes include minor scratches and/or other surface imperfections from consistent use, but equipment is in good condition

• Overall excellent cosmetic condition

• May have light scratches or other minor blemishes from normal wear
