My shipping policy (PLEASE READ):
I am willing to combine shipping when multiple items are purchased. To receive combined shipping, please HOLD payments in your cart until received an invoice from the seller. I am unable to refund overpayment for shipping if combined shipping has not been requested since Ebay fees on listings are final. Please review once the combined shipping invoice has been received for accuracy and approval. The buyer has 3 days to make payments once the invoice is approved.
So…If you are only planning to bid/win/buy ONLY one leaf then sure go ahead and pay for that leaf. However, if you are planning to bid/win/pay for 2 or more leaves please wait until you receive a final invoice from the seller (me). If you pay for each item without a final invoice then Ebay charges $11.99 per EACH item sold/paid. I am willing to combine shipping if you would like to add plants when there is ongoing auction for plants as well.
The payments are expected within 3 days after the conclusion of auction of ONLY ONE single item.
I ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays (sometimes on Thursdays depending on approximately and location of buyer to me) to the lower 48 states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please note it may take up to 7 days to ship your item(s) weather permitting, but I’ll try my best to ship as soon as possible. I will message you on the day I ship your package(s) so you are aware and able to track your shipment.
Winter Shipping rate:
It is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping rate for Leaves: USPS priority mail - $11.99 for the first item and $1 for each additional item(s) thereafter. Leaves only orders can be packed in one box. But if you are planning to combine leaves and plant(s) purchases after packing the first box safely, I will start the 2nd box per listing shipping policy – please refer to Hypothetical example on plat listing. This is done based on the number and the size of plants/leaves as some are fully grown to avoid any potential damages during transit. I will adjust your shipping cost when creating your invoice.
The seller has the authority to hold/delay shipping if weather won’t permit immediate shipping in preservation & safety of plant/leaf.
I try my best to pack the plant/leaves as safe as possible but when they leave my position and transferred to the USPS, I cannot guarantee the safety of the shipment. Please be looking out for your plants when they arrive so your plants don't sit outside in extreme cold/hot weather for a long period of time. I am willing to replace your purchase (if this item is available – will charge for additional shipping) or refund only (not including tax & shipping as I can NOT recover those costs) if you send me a picture on the day the package is delivered. Please note that a broken leaf/leaves and/or spilled soil is not considered damage.
