Due to eBay's recent changes to item return procedure we have had to completely

disallow item returns. eBay has made it far too easy for scammers to get their money returned and still keep the item. eBay also holds the seller's money hostage immediately upon any buyer filing even a false claim. We will simply not be a part of this fiasco which only benefits eBay's bank account.. they make millions on the interest of the monies they 'hold' in the interim. 

In the extremely unlikely event that we "the sound shop" have grossly misrepresented any item we, will allow a return of the item. The item must be shipped back to us in the original pictured condition and tracked, insured, shipping paid for by the "buyer" regardless of any automated, verbal, or written instruction by eBay. We will not authorize any partial refund under any circumstance. This violates eBay's protective policies and promotes scammer activity. We will authorize a complete refund of the item's cost on an individual basis. A return if and only if the specifics of the misrepresentation discrepancy can be visually proven against the pictures posted and the item's original listing content. Shipping costs to or from the buyer will never be reimbursed. The cost of the item ONLY will be sent back to the buyer if and only if the item is proved to be grossly misrepresented. The item in a misrepresentation case must be returned and inspected by us prior to any refund being issued.
