- BAK Industries warrants your BAKFlip G2 Tonneau Covers Overview to be structurally free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 Year Limited Warranty period from the retail date of purchase. Warranty registration must be on file and/or proof of original purchase (detailed and dated receipt) required for warranty service. Warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchaser of the BAK product only

Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.
- Please contact us prior to return for information about how to handle returns.
- Returned items must be in the condition you received and in the original box.
- Refund will be processed once your return is inspected by our fulfillment center.
- We will issue a refund for the returned items accordingly.
- If the buyer has made an error in their purchase the buyer must be charged for return shipping.
- For money back returns there is a 15% re-stocking fee.
- BAKflip products covers cannot be returned or swapped out after they have been installed.
