For exchanges or refunds, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, including: the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories and documentation.
Multiple-item purchases with missing products will only be partially refunded for the value of the missing item(s).
Missing or damaged packaging and/or instructions will be refunded for the amount of the item minus a 15% restocking fee.
