This top is from Worthington, and it is a women's size medium.  The pit to pit measurement is 20 inches, and it is 25" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.  There are no holes, stains, or flaws.  Please ask any questions, and I will ship with tracking as soon as payment is made.  Thank you~
