We give the items a basic cleaning, but strongly recommend additional cleaning before using, especially parts that come in contact with food etc. as our items maybe stored for a while before they get shipped.

All parts come from appliances that for one reason or another we chose not to repair or sell as a whole appliance. In the rare case that an item won't work, simply contact us so we can figure out the best way to handle the return BEFORE opening a return request.
