* We do not accept returns unless item is not as described. We strive to list all items as accurately as possible as our feedback testifies. We are human and may overlook something, so if this happens please notify us first before opening a case so we can attempt to correct the problem.
*We wrap & package all items as if we were sending them to ourselves for a safe delivery as our feedback also testifies to. We also feel we should not be held responsible for mishandling of packages once they leave our hands. So, should your item arrive damaged you will need to file a claim with your US Post Office. They will want the item and all packaging materials. If they deny your claim we are willing to share half the loss with you. If you don't agree with this please do not buy our items.
