Claims for Labor, related supplies or any expense other than the replacement of the defective product is not covered and will not be honored. Warranty returns are subject to inspection and products returned with obvious signs of neglect or improper installation will not be covered under warranty. Customers wishing the file a warranty claim will be required to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt and picture of the warranty item to include the defective area and warranty sticker or stamped code. Defective parts may need to be returned for physical inspection at our discretion. Customers may purchase a replacement part while the claim is being processed. Once the claim inspection process has been finalized and defect confirmed a refund of the purchase price paid will be issued. Conditions not covered under warranty:Physical damage including, but not limited to stripped threads on fittings or mounting brackets. Radiators / Condensers / Charge Air Coolers returned clogged or containing improper refrigerants or refrigerant/oil residue in poor conditions.
