Description:

Heirloom Paste Variety. 90 Day Maturity, Indeterminate. The red fruits reach up to six inches long and are elongated, tapering to blunt or sometimes pointed tips. They are meaty with few seeds, and unlike most common paste tomatoes, 'Opalka' actually has a good flavor making sauces and pastes even better.

Germination Information:

These seeds have been self harvested during 2023 for growing in 2024 under organic conditions and from organic seed originally. Germination rate is >90% tested Dec 2023.

Growing Instructions:

Listed on package. Best started in starter plant soil and transplanted outdoors after last frost

Seeds are hand selected and placed in a small paper envelope to allow the seeds to breathe. Packages are shipped in a standard envelope with a forever stamp without tracking if selecting free shipping. Orders totaling greater than $20 before tax will be shipped with First Class Shipping. If you would like tracking and your order totals less than $20, please select First Class Shipping for $3.50. Orders will be shipped within three business days of purchase. Orders are generally received in the mail within 5-10 business days, however sometimes there are delays in the USPS system. If it has been greater than two weeks from shipment date and you still have not received your item, please contact me prior to opening a case and I will make it right with you.
