ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All of our products are only produced after the
payment is successful. It will take 3 - 5 business days for handling is
required before the item shipped. But usually it just need 3 business days.
It is noted that your order processing time can be
affected if the initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect
such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and
insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it
is the case.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. We will do
our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Estimated Shipping time in US: 3-5 business days.
Estimated Shipping time in EU & UK: 10-13 business
days.
Estimated Shipping time in CA: 10-15 business days.
(Our business days do not include Saturday, Sunday,
and Holidays)

WHY DOES TRACKING INFORMATION TAKE SO
LONG TO UPDATE:
We always prioritize the interests of our customers
and consistently strive to the fullest extent possible for customer
satisfaction with the quality of our products as well as our support services.
We would like to explain as follows:
Production time at the factory:
Easy design: 1-2 business days
Difficult design: 2-5 business days
Most of our orders are shipped using USPS, shipping
time in US: 3-5 business days.
Total time you receive your order: 3-10 days.
After you receive the tracking number from us:

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be
available after the order has entered production. Each individual product may
be shipped from different fulfillment factory across our entire factory system
as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet
affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You
must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be
applied. If the item has already entered production, we cannot cancel your
order.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address
incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the
correct information. Notify us immediately via message so we can correct your
information promptly. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24
hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite
this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due
to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please contact us with:
Your order number - A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we will be
happy to send out another free of charge.
