Buyer must pay to return the item to us and we will pay to reship it back to you. pre-loved4re-loved will make every effort to replace it with the same product, subject to availability and the return of the defective one per this policy.


NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (whether used or unused)


A customer may return an item for exchange or refund even if the item is in working condition. If the customer doesn’t like bluetooth, then he or she can return it for an exchange for another model or refund. The refund amount will be the amount paid including the shipping and handling charges. 


RMA Number: Your RMA will be your eBay username. It is the only way we can pull out your order and proceed with the exchange or refund, so make sure it’s legible.
