Printer was purchased and used for a short period of time using sublimation ink (Not normal ink). As shown in listing photo 4, the print count shows this printer has only printed a total of 93 pages in total.

The tanks were cleaned using a cleaning solution kit that was designed for this unit to revert back to normal ink, but after this process was initiated and the printer sat for a few months, the printer will not print anything on paper. The printer only prints out blank pages. All other functions are working correctly, the printer just spits out blank pages as if there maybe something clogged somewhere. The printer was working great prior to this.

The housing on the backside bottom is cracked as shown in listing photo 2 and 3. This crack / chip has nothing to do with why it’s not printing as these are cosmetic flaws only. Due to these issues listed, this printer is being sold “As-Is” or “For Parts Not Working” only. No returns.
