1940s manufacture F. Deckel-München (Munich) Speed Graphic Compur press camera as found, untouched. Unsure of operational capabilities but there are no major visible issues. Leather hand guard is slightly stiff and could use conditioner. Needs cleaning and would make a good restoration project. Contact if you have any questions.
