Mattel Monster High Frankie Stein Dawn of the Dance doll.  Hip joints are gold elastic.  Limbs are not swingy.  She comes with her dress, belt, jacket and one earring.  Dress has a couple little pink spots on the front, and jacket is flaking in the back.  See photos.
