Gold metal ring with 7 small black & white stones.

Belonged to my grandmother who died 30 years ago so no idea where or when she acquired it.

Approx 17mm diameter so estimated to be around size N.

It needs a clean & there is some wear to the gold coating as pictured. Not obvious when worn.
