Vintage 1940s 12” WESTREX RA-1172 Jensen A-12 Concert Series Field Coil speakers from post-WWII co-branded Hammond/WESTREX electric organ speaker used for religious services aboard US Navy Aircraft Carrier after WWII or on-shore naval installations. Some instruments has been used during production of Navy morale boos radio programs at Navy Yard.

Recycled during demolition from former storage of miscellaneous US Navy musical instruments at Brooklyn Navy Yard. We discarded old wooden speaker boxes, two old organ consoles and keyboards decks.

Voice coil: 6.5 Ohm

Field coil: 5.1k Ohm

Weight : 15 Lbs

Condition: used, checked OK with multimeter, voice coil doesn’t seems to rub, otherwise totally untested.
