Important information – Please read before

Sadly returns cases are on the increase, and are
having an negative impact on my small business. So far this year it has
personally cost me over £400 in refunded postage costs. As a business seller I do accept returns but
can I ask that you please check the measurements I have taken the time to
provide and if you need any additional ones please let me know. Please note for items that don’t fit the
return postage cost is none refundable. If you are unsure of fit please find
your favourite matching item lay it on a table and compare against the
measurements above. Misuse of the
returns procedure will be reported.
Please note that it is NOT free for business
sellers to sell preloved clothing. For each sale I pay 11.9% in Ebay fees, a
regulatory operating fee, and any promoted fees. Ebay also now charge fees for the postage, so
for example for a sale of £24.99 my fees were over £5. This is in addition to the monthly
subscription for the shop.
Although I make every effort to photograph the
items accurately, lighting conditions and variations in screen resolutions may
mean that the colour in the photo is not an exact reproduction of the real
thing. If the exact colour is important
to you, please message me for more details.
Items are washed and stored carefully in a smoke
and pet free environment, however it is advisable to rewash preloved clothing
in your choice of washing detergent before wearing, especially if you have
allergies.
Postage
I do offer reduced postage for multiple orders,
please message me before making payment so I can amend your invoice
accordingly. Postage includes packaging materials, travelling, time and
insurance costs.
Discounts
I add new items most days so if you see anything
else you are interested in please let me know as I do offer discounts for
multiple purchases made at the same time, as well as combined postage.
Shipping
Items will be dispatched using Evri or Royal Mail
within 3 working days (usually sooner) and the tracking number uploaded to your
order. If you would like next day
delivery or sending via another courier an extra charge could be payable so
please contact me first so I can send an invoice.
All items are sent tracked giving you that extra
level of security and you can nominate a safe place/neighbour via the Evri
website if you are not going to be home.
The item will be wrapped securely and I reuse
packaging supplies whenever I can.
Sorry no home collections
Please note that Evri does not deliver to some
addresses including Jersey and the Channel Islands. Please ask for postage quote and I will send
with an alternative courier if possible. For remote postcode locations which
includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man the
courier charges an extra £2.65. A paypal
invoice will be sent for the surcharge to be paid.
Global Shipping Programme – International Buyers
International shipping is available through the
Global Shopping Programme. This is carried out through Ebay, I simply send your
package to the UK shipping centre to be forwarded to yourself. Ebay set the
prices therefore these can’t be combined - this is out of my hands I am afraid.
Please note I don’t accept international returns and misuse of the returns
procedure will be reported.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
item please contact me and I will try to resolve any issues. All returns must
be in the same condition as sent and unworn/unused. I video the opening of all
parcels that are returned. Misuse of the return process will be reported and
deductions of up to 50% made in accordance with Ebay’s policy
