I ordered this item from Amazon when it was released and it arrived with the tape cut on both sides of the box (as shown); therefore, it is not sealed; however, the figure and all of the items within are untouched and remain securely fastened in their original position within the plastic molding (as shown); I am listing this item as “new” because the item and the contents of the box are in brand new condition and still factory fastened; please see pics for more information.
