Nice set of fins. Has minor scratches from light use. They are not deep scratches at all. The rubber is in good plyable condition. No tears. No dry rot. The buckles, straps, and rivets are good. The little flapper whiskers are good.  The only negative to mention is one ankle strap is mssing the little foam for comfort. That's all.
