 Shipping

• Orders ship in 5 business days upon receipt of payment and dispatch once picked up by FedEx.
• Packages are not marked fragile unless requested by customer. Please send us a message.
• We can not ship to PO Box addresses
• We ship to the address on your account. Once the item ships out, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customer Service

• Please submit a customer service ticket if you have any questions.
• We will answer questions Monday-Friday 9am - 4:30pm Eastern Time
• Tickets created on the same day an item ends may not be answered before the item closes.

Returns and Refunds 

• We only accept returns or refunds for items damaged in shipping or significantly misrepresented.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item, and approval granted within 7 days of initial contact.
• We reserve the right to approve/deny any return/refund requests.
• Returned items must be in their original listed condition; altered items are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are issued only for the purchase price, not the item's value.
• Partial refunds may be granted for individual items within a set or lot.
• Bid retraction or cancellation is subject to site-wide history.
• Items past the payment deadline will be automatically relisted on our site.
• FedEx Claims- We will file a FedEx claim for you for any lost or delayed packaged. FedEx respond time is typically 2 weeks. No conclusion or refund can be made until FedEx responds to claim.
