Very pretty, well decorated vase which I believe is a Stellmacher Imperial Amphora pre WW1 piece, though I am not an expert!  The irises have additional gilded decoration and the sinuous handles turn into the stem of a thistle flower which forms the rim.  As can be seen from the photos, the thistle rim at the back of the vase has been restored but as this is at the back, and actually sits lower than the front anyway, this does not detract from how the vase displays.  There is also a small air hole in one of the handles - this is original and part of the manufacturing process, only mentioned for complete accuracy.  The vase is otherwise in excellent condition and measures just over  9”  high and 5.5” maximum width.

Please see other Amphora vases I am listing, together with other pottery and arts and crafts items and thank you for looking.

The vase will be very well packed and sent on a Royal Mail signed for delivery service, UK shipping only.  I and happy to combine packing wherever safely possible.
