Bought in Greece in an expensive specialist 5***** fur shop circa 1990 .
It has been stored properly in a cotton bag so it can breathe , hung in cool place, no damage from moth etc. .
Fully lined Paisley print silver /grey fabric lining. this needs cleaning or replacing ,
with some splash marks from use from winter etc.
when wet just hang it in open area , and it dries naturally .
The Fur is in excellent condition white with brown mix vertical stripes.
It has 2 x hidden side pockets in the inside lining of the coat ,
plus 2 exterior proper lined velour coat pockets not visible on the outside seems. .
The coat is called Large Size 16 UK size. 44 EU . USA 12
Full Length measuring from base of the collar to the hem. 124 cm (49 inches ) excluding the collar .
Bust size 40/42 +inches 106/111 cm
Hips width 132/137 cms ( 52/54 inches ) Hem Width of coat when fully opened at the base is
cm (75 inches ) wide .
This lovely coat could be easily redesigned to a contemporary style, as it has a generous cut design .
so it could be cut down or re sized there is plenty to work with .I
t was an expensive coat , many thousands £ when new.
Width of coat at the hem when fully opened is 190 cm (75 inches wide )
Nipped in cuffs, at wrist on sleeves , padded rounded shoulders.
Closure , Secret secure large white hooks & eyes hidden in the fur from neck collar ,
down the front of the coat.
