This is a women's Old Navy skirt as pictured, excellent condition, size XS Petite. Fabric is 100% cotton blend. It is tiered, with buttons down the front, and elastic in the back portion of the waist.

Measurements are taken with item flat and not stretched. It's best to measure, in the same way, something that fits well, and compare those measurements to these.

Waist: 25 inches (without stretching elastic) Length: 31 inches.
