You are the GI Joe Sigma 6 Dark Ninja Master 8 Inch Figure from Hasbro.  This figure is complete with all the accessories, instructions, and box shown in the photo.  This figure was only removed from the package and used for display.  I would consider it to be in excellent near mint condition.
