It is an individual with a 7 digit serial number.
It doesn't seem to be of high grade, but it's clearly made in China! It's not a cereal like that, so it's made in Japan,
Maybe it's made in Korea.

Looks are relatively beautiful though
Is it a crack in the paint on the heel part of the neck? There is something like crack.
