This is a very practical dress for everyday use. It can be worn on its own or with a blouse/high neck top underneath. There is a decorative element on the front top part of the dress - hopefully I have captured this on the photo. The dress got very small red polka dots and side belts loops. At the back there is a zip closure and a slit for easy movements. 

The approximated measurements (taken dress laid flat) are: length of the dress (centre back) - 34.5 inches; all way around under armpits - 34 inches.
