This item I is new open box from a Amazon pallet. The box says on the outside 500GB but there is nothing to say that stamped on the unit itself

Thats why I list it as parts or not working

it could be 20GB - who knows?  I tried looking up the serial number but I give up.... maybe one of you knows

anyway it looks new and I believe it works
