Plant shipped will be a starter plant. Whenever possible the plant shipped will be the one pictured. About two weeks pass between the time I take the picture and the time the plant ships. Frequently the plant is a little larger. An additional picture of a blooming plant is sometimes also included in the listing. Shipping will be by priority mail. I will pack as careful as possible to ensure that your plant arrives safely. I have no control over a package once it is shipped. If your plant arrives in poor shape, please let me know right away. I will replace or issue a refund for any plant that does not arrive in good condition as long as I am notified within two days of your receipt of the plant. Please send a picture of the plant. Sometimes plants grown from leaves don't bloom true to the parent plant. These are called sports and are a normal part of African violet propagation so we can't promise they will bloom true as described. If there is any problem with the item, please email me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I continue to work hard to maintain positive feedback, and most problems can be worked out through email.
