OUR SHIPPING POLICIES



Our shipping policies vary by price and item specifics. Most orders under $10 ship Flat First Class. You will get the disc and cover art only, shipped in a stiff cardboard envelope in a protective poly sleeve (see photo). There is no tracking on flat first class. Most orders $10 and up ship Media Mail in bubble padded mailer with tracking. You can manually upgrade to media mail at checkout for an additional $2.50 if you need your DVD sooner or would like to be able to track it. If you purchase two or more items from our store, we upgrade your shipping to Media Mail with tracking at no additional charge, plus you get our bulk purchase discount on everything in your order! 


The sleeves we store your DVDs in are a high quality clear protective vinyl, and will reduce the storage space of your collection by more than 50%. We check every DVD we sell and use our buffing machines to repair scratched discs.  Unlike our competitors, we will NOT ship dirty, scratched discs. At worst, your disc may have a few light scuffs. Some items, like boxsets or very expensive or rare releases, will ship in their original case. Most DVDs, however, will ship in a space saver sleeve.

If your item is damaged by the post office, please message us directly for a refund. We only require photo proof that the item was damaged, front and back of disc. No need to return.


Please note: FLAT FIRST CLASS SHIPPING usually delivers between 7 and 14 days, but mail can be delayed by adverse weather events, federal holidays and distance from shipper to receiver. We ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before you contact us for late shipments. We do not declare items lost by the post office until 21 days have passed. Please, contact us directly if you have any issues and we will do our best to make things right.

 

OUR MOVIES...


Our movies are carefully evaluated before sale and we try to grade them as honestly as possible. Due to the amount of merchandise we sell on ebay, we adhere to a simple grading scale. For DVDs and Blurays, it is as follows:

Brand New Movie comes sealed in shrink wrap or some sort of factory bag or packaging. There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the movie is brand new and unopened.

 

Like New Item is near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped. There may be very minute signs of use, but they will be barely noticeable. Disc will always be mint condition.

 

Very Good Item has some visible flaw or flaws, but is still in very nice condition.  There may be minor shelf wear to the case, or a bit of damage or sticker residue. The disc may have minor scuffs and scratches, but only a few very light ones that will not affect playback.

 

Good Item has obvious signs of wear. Cover may be cracked or broken. There may be scratches on the disc. But it will still look decent and be playable.

 

Acceptable Item may arrive in blank case. There may be missing discs or damage to the cover art. If our items are listed as acceptable, we will disclose why it was deemed acceptable so you are aware of what the issue is.

REFUND POLICY:


If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped to you, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse return postage. New items that are returned open are subject to a 30% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if an item is returned in damaged condition or we receive a swapped item.

PLEASE NOTE: USED ITEMS ARE USED AND MAY NOT COME WITH BONUS DISCS, DIGITAL DOWNLOAD CODES OR SPECIAL FEATURES. CODES AND COUPONS MAY BE EXPIRED OR ALREADY REDEEMED. BONUS ITEMS, COUPONS, CODES AND SPECIAL FEATURE DISCS ARE INCLUDED WHEN WE HAVE THEM BUT THE ABSENCE OF OR EXPIRATION OF SAID BONUSES ARE NOT GROUNDS FOR RETURNS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS.

Buyers who abuse our refund policy will be blocked.
