General Shipping Information
Our goal with each shipment is to ensure orders are delivered in the same condition as what the listing has documented. This listing will be shipped for free using USPS Ground Advantage Mail. The order will be packaged in a recyclable, secure, and padded eBay cardboard box. Multiple purchases may be packaged in the same box and may use an alternate service/carrier depending on size, weight, and destination. The estimated arrival date(s) are displayed during the checkout process. Expedited shipping services are also available at checkout, and must be selected prior to submitting payment. All orders are documented and verified prior to shipping.
Regardless of when a shipment notification is received, orders are always handed over to the shipping carrier Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) by 4:30pm PST and Saturday (excluding holidays) by 1:30pm PST. Transit time is unaffected since all shipments for the day are processed by the carrier after public business hours. Any purchases made around or after the above drop-off times will be handed over to the carrier at the following business day's drop-off time. USPS shipments require an estimated 24 hours from drop-off time to begin receiving tracking updates. In very rare instances, USPS initial scans may occur a few days after drop-off in the destination state's distribution center. Alternate carrier services will always receive an initial scan. All orders will have valid tracking.
While the majority of orders will be delivered on or before the estimated date(s), it is still only an estimate. Delays sometimes occur, and it is not something we have any influence over. Please be mindful of this throughout the year and during the end-of-year holiday season. We monitor outbound shipments daily. If we notice a shipment has not received any new updates in over 7 business days, we are generally proactive in opening research inquiries for lengthy deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct at the time of checkout and to provide the carrier with a secure location for delivery. Addresses will NOT be changed after a purchase, as it is against eBay policy and nullifies shipping protections for both parties. The order will be canceled, and may be reordered with the correct address. If a shipment is being held by the carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange a pick-up or request a redelivery. Per carrier policy, the shipment will be returned to us after 14 days if it is not retrieved by the buyer.
International shipping is not available. However, you may use a shipping forwarder of your choice with the understanding that all buyer protections are nullified, per eBay's policy regarding shipping forwarding services. Please understand what you are purchasing before doing so, as this sale is final and offers NO RETURNS. ©

Our main objectives with all of our listings are to set proper expectations regarding an item's condition, to set proper expectations on how it will be delivered, and to ensure the order is delivered as advertised. All of our items are supplied directly to us by the manufacturer or an authorized vendor, are properly/securely stored to minimize the effects of the elements, and come from a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Any "defect" on new/sealed items is impossible to account for since the item is new/sealed and is covered by the manufacturer of the product. We are not responsible for user errors, and it is up to the buyer to research user issues before contacting us. Partial refunds will not be entertained or given under any circumstances.
Every active listing in our store are for items that are currently on hand and in stock. We do not carry any items for pre-sale or pre-order. Due to how our inventory system works, we are unable to accept any returns for any reason. This is why we so carefully outline and document everything in our listings in order to manage expectations with what is being purchased and how it will be delivered.
Clear and respectful communication is something we highly value. If you have any questions or a valid issue, please feel free to message us before leaving feedback, opening any type of eBay case, and/or opening a dispute. We will either advise on opening a case to facilitate a solution, or in most situations, resolve the issue without the need for one. Most valid issues that are covered under eBay Policy can be resolved without a case or dispute. We kindly ask that you allow us up to 24 business hours in order to research any issue and provide solution(s) within eBay Policy.
Please keep in mind that valid proof, usually clear photos, of any grievance must be supplied by the buyer in order to move forward with potential solutions. Valid proof needs to clearly show and document any issue. Unclear or questionable proof, bad faith reasoning, unwillingness to enact procedures within eBay Policy, and all efforts to fish for refunds will result in no solution. All proposed solutions will strictly follow eBay Policy and no exceptions will be made in order to ensure both the buyer and seller have proper protections in accordance with eBay Policy.
Leaving neutral or negative feedback, opening any type of eBay case, and/or disputing the payment before messaging us, will result in an immediate detailed eBay account report and block from future purchases with us. Our obligation to every transaction is to ensure the listing is properly described and successfully delivered. Any issue beyond these two things is not covered under any eBay Policy. We very carefully document everything with each order to ensure we have the resources that allow for cases to be closed in our favor when the issue is not covered by our obligations to the transaction.
Requesting feedback, or using feedback as leverage, will also result in an immediate block and is against eBay policy. We do not automatically leave feedback for purchases and generally leave it after receiving positive feedback, as that informs us you are satisfied with your purchase. Though it is extremely rare, after extensive research, we reserve the ability to cancel any transaction should we find sufficient, and valid, evidence to suggest suspicious activity and/or fraud. Drop shippers will have their orders canceled and accounts reported as it is against eBay policy.
