CONDITIONS OF SALE

The pieces featured in this sale are used and pre-owned and sold AS IS. The pieces are in “good” to “excellent” condition (see key below) and may show some expected signs of wear and tear due to age. Some may need some light cleaning upon arrival. It is not believed that these pieces have come from a smoker’s home. High resolution photos are provided for each listing, and you are encouraged to enlarge the photos for a detailed viewing of each piece that you are interested in BEFORE choosing to place a bid.

I am more than happy to answer any questions that you might have before each sale ends and endeavor to provide a quick reply. While I aim to provide as honest and as detailed a description as possible, I hold no guarantee with respect to value, origin, condition, or measurement.  Significant imperfections are noted, and all measurements are approximate. Actual colors may vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. Every attempt is made to photograph as close to actual color as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.  At times, I update listings to clarify or correct item descriptions as necessary.

Your bid is your contract to buy, and while I do accept returns, all sales are final.  Please try and pay for your orders as soon as possible as I aim to pack and ship all orders within the first few days after a sale but no later than (4) days after receiving your payment. Delinquent payers ARE BLOCKED from future visibility to my listings and BLOCKED from shopping future sales. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly via eBay to resolve any issues before approaching eBay, I’m quite open to working with you to make a satisfied customer! You’ll notice I have a 100% positive rating and I love to work with my customers to keep it that way!

I combine shipments and provide shipping refunds on any overage. You can go ahead and pay for multiple orders and I will refund back the shipping cost difference, or you may request an invoice and I will send along with final shipping charges. I handle all the wrapping and packing of the miniatures myself and at times will add a handling and shipping materials charge to your total shipping cost. I deliver all packages to the post office.  Insurance is required to be paid by buyer for lots/combined shipments valued over $300 and will be included in your final invoice.

Here is a handy legend to read and understand my condition reports:

Great/Excellent Condition/Really Great = virtually no marks, scratches or imperfections, piece is mostly in pristine “original condition” – fabrics are color- true without runs, pulls and with original paint and finishes without color fading or defect.

Very Good/Really Good = very few marks, scratches, or imperfections  - may show some slight signs of wear and tear with virtually no defects – pieces are color true or mostly color true with fabrics and paint finishes without defect

Good Condition/Some Wear & Tear – may have some marks, scratches or other imperfections and or color defects – may show some normal signs of wear and tear that comes with age. May have some color or fabric defect or other slight imperfections. May have had previous repairs without impact to structural integrity.

Needs TLC: High value item in mostly very good structural condition with some fixing needed likely by an experienced hobbyist/miniaturist.

Poor Condition: I don’t sell miniatures in poor condition!

Remember: dollhouse miniatures have very small parts and are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
