For new items, returns are subject to an up to 50% refund deduction to make up for lost profits in market value for the item if the item is opened by you and/or there are missing components/accessories upon receipt back to us. Any returned items that are returned damaged or have been tampered with in any way are subject to an up to 100% refund deduction as well per eBay’s policies.
