Please allow seven (7) business days to process returns and two (2) business days from the date pre-loved4re-loved receives the defective product to process an exchange. Buyer must pay to return the item to us and we will pay to reship it back to you. pre-loved4re-loved will make every effort to replace it with the same product, subject to availability and the return of the defective one per this policy.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (whether used or unused)
