About the Artist

Colin Thompson was born in London in 1942. After spending periods in Majorca and the north of England, he moved to Australia in 1995, where he now lives with his wife and numerous animals in the wonderfully named valley 'Promised Land'. Colin can't think of a better name for a place to live. Colin is best known as a writer and illustrator of children's books
