PAYMENTS

We accept payment by PayPal or by Cheque or Postal Order.

Please make sure that the address to which you want your order delivered is noted correctly on Buyers records in EBay. We cannot change an address once an order is placed on EBay.

Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So please do not buy unless you intend to complete the purchase.

All orders must be paid within 48 hours. An unpaid item case will be opened after 48 hours for all unpaid items.

POSTAGE (UK ONLY)

Goods are despatched to the Buyer’s address in EBay records.

Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of Royal Mail or the delivery company used.

Special Delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase. There is no Special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

The FREE postage rate offered on this listing is Royal Mail 2^nd class post. 1^st class post is offered on the listing for items needed sooner than 6 working days.

If you buy in multiple transactions your postage costs will be higher and overpaid postage will not be refunded due to the additional fees we incur for multiple transactions. To obtain the benefit from postage discounts or capped postage (where offered) you must use the ADD TO BASKET icon.

Please note that some orders may be sent in more than 1 parcel.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

We aim to dispatch all orders paid for by 1pm on the same day, otherwise orders will be dispatched on the following working day. If your order is urgent please email us and we will do our best to dispatch your items sooner.

All Ebay delivery dates are ‘ESTIMATES’ they are not actual or guaranteed delivery dates. To avoid disappointment and to ensure buyers receive their items in good time, we advise all buyers allow the following number of days for delivery:

2^nd class post – please allow up to 3 to 6 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for 1^st class postage.

1^st class post – please allow up to 3 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for Next Day Delivery.

Next Day Delivery – orders paid for by 12pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday excl bank holidays), orders paid for after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please email us for a quote.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

In the event of a return you must contact us through EBay within 14 days for full instructions prior to returning your item. We will provide full details and address for the returns.

If an item received is unsuitable the buyer is welcome to return, however the buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges. All returned goods MUST be unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached and free from any wear or tear. Our quality control has the right to refuse refund if inspection deems them used.

For items that have a postage cost charged for shipping the item out, that amount will not be refunded as we have already paid the cost for it to be shipped.

For items that have Free Post & Packaging, A deduction of 20% on the amount paid will be deducted for the cost of post and packaging charges already incurred, and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.

EXAMPLE Item Cost £19.99 + free P&P, if item is returned, £16.00 will only be refunded. £4.00 will be deducted for postage and packaging.

For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 10 days of sale of item by e-mail through EBay only. Please do not proceed to return without first confirming your intention to do. Faulty items should be returned to us with 10 days and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to inspection of the item and remaining stock.

If the item ordered is not the item received; this must be reported to us by email through EBay within 10 days. We will issue a returns label (paying for postage) and upon receipt of the returned item we will then send the correct item (stock permitting).

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PARCELS

For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home, or the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.

 If the item was with free Post & Packaging Charges, we will deduct 20% from the total price to cover post and packaging charges and refund the remainder.

 MOBILE PHONE & IPAD USERS

Items purchased with the EBay app, will have to be purchased separately, because you cannot 'ADD TO BASKET' therefore you won't benefit from postage discounts or capped postage (where offered) and overpaid postage WILL NOT be refunded, due to the additional PayPal fees we incur for multiple transactions. If your using an iPod/mobile phone please access EBay via the internet, NOT the Ebay app, then you can 'ADD TO BASKET' and pay in one transaction and you will benefit from capped postage (where offered).

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Most parcels are received within the time specified on the listing, if you do not receive your items within this time please check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail DON'T always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will always ask you to check your sorting office and confirm the name and address on the order before sending out replacements or issuing a refund. We will check the sorting office ourselves wherever possible, if your parcel is there we will not resend, or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. We will not issue replacements or refunds until our recommended number of delivery days has passed.
