Postage & Packaging and Despatch
All 'Free P&P' items are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
Other P&P services are available including 1st Class (Standard) and 1st Class before 1pm (please see details above).
We aim to despatch within 1-2 working days, not including weekends and Bank Holidays. Please take this into consideration when ordering as well as when reviewing the estimated date of arrival of your order set by eBay.

All items are individually checked and stamped and proof of posting obtained direct at the Post Office Counter.

Returns
Please contact us before returning an item to avoid disappointment. If we are aware that you are returning goods then we can take the necessary action to expedite your return and refund. All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels and be in a saleable condition. Unless agreed with us prior to returning goods the cost of postage for returned items is the buyer's responsibility.
