Wild Italian Arugula Seeds- 1,500+

Imported Italian Seed. Arugula is a herbaceous plant found in the wild in the Mediterranean region. Also known as rocket, roquette, rugula, and rucola this herb (lettuce) has a strong, somewhat pepppery flavor. Arugula is used in virtually every salad mix sold in stores and is probably the most-eaten salad green in the world. Best when harvested young (leaves less than 4" long) and has excellent re-growth properties. Seeds can be sown directly in the garden or started indoors.

Please note: Arugula seeds are very small. If you have difficulty seeing small objects this may be a tough variety for you to grow.

Our seeds are hand-selected, packaged in traditional paper envelopes, and mailed to you in a bubble mailer (3+ packages) or wrapped in foam (1 or 2 packages) for added protection. All packages are labeled and the typical package contains at least 10% more seeds than specified.

All seeds were harvested in 2020 for the 2021 season. Germination tested October 2020 at 85%.
