Hello,  this is a factory original Power Window Switch for 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 Chevy Impala .  

Switch will work for any door except for driver left front.  Trim is for right side passenger side front.  

The part is used and comes as shown in the photos.  The item was inspected, tested, pulled and cleaned from donor vehicle.

Condition: Very good functionally

The unit is in very good condition, action on the switch is good, minor wear on the top of the switch see photos.

Item shows normal signs of wear and being in a vehicle per the photos.
