Again, perhaps not when dieting.  These candles have the smell of memory, a cool winter day with cupcakes coming from the oven.  It is a good grounding for reflection, thankfulness,  and inspiration. Normally we find connections and associations with colors and ancient history, but for these candles, just enjoy the blessing.
