Coopers Australian Pale Ale has been created in the style of the famous COOPERS ORIGINAL PALE ALE which is considered an Australian icon. The finest malted barley, hops and specially selected yeast combine to produce a beer with fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness and compelling flavour perfect for every occasion.

Coopers pure natural Australian beers are produced from premium barley grown near Adelaide in one of the finest malting barley regions in the world. Coopers Australian beers are simple to brew producing great beer every time.

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x tin of malt extract
• 1 x sachet of brewing Yeast
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Sugar, Spray malt or beer enhancer
• Syphon
• Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
