Combined postage discount

Commit to purchase but do not make a payment, then request an invoice and we will then be able to combine your postage. To request an invoice that combines shipping please use the Cart feature in eBay to add items until you are done. Then hit the "Request total from seller" button. If this is not done in the first instance eBay will force you to make immediate payments for each item you buy and you will be charged excess postage in many cases.
Please be aware that all delivery times quoted are based on when your order leaves the warehouse and not from the time you originally placed your order. Please understand that all in store items have various shipping methods. For example, if you pay for standard 3-5 working days delivery method but need the items delivered sooner and don't select express 1-2 working days then there will be additional charges to upgrade the order.

What happens if you miss your delivery on your order?

All Royal mail orders will be delivered via normal post. If you miss delivery for a Royal Mail order, you will have to collect from your local depot. Normally a card will be left for you with the collection information, however sometimes this card can be missing so please contact your local depot directly before messaging us.
How to return an item

- Find the item in your "Purchase History" in My eBay.

- Select "Return this item" from the More actions dropdown menu. However, if you wish to exchange your item(s) please DO NOT follow this process otherwise we cannot offer an exchange and the automated refund process will begin.

- If photos are requested for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload these. Both eBay Customer Service and we can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed.

- Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact us the seller. Alternatively, eBay may ask you to wait for us to provide you next steps for the return, such as in cases of oversized or heavy items.

- Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the postage label, and send the item back to our returns address. You must return the item - in the same condition as you received it - within 14 calendar days of requesting the return. Please include tracking information, we always recommended so this doesn't slow down your refund when returning an item.

- If an eBay-generated postage label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the more actions drop-down menu.

- Postage method, you should make sure that tracking is included in case eBay needs to step in to review the progress of your return.

- Once we have received your parcel the item(s) will be checked, and if returned in its original condition (not washed or worn) we will process a refund within 14 working days. Should the item(s) be returned damaged, washed or worn a refund will not be given and the item(s) will be returned to you.
