Applications
The adhesive is strong therefore in is suitable for sticking on products, plastic glass, wood, metal and other smooth objects with a smooth surface.
Great to print graphics on ideal for product labelling, decor, signage, labelling, card making and other customisation purposes.
Printing Tips
1. Check to ensure the label material is suitable for your printer.
2. Optimal printing environment temperature: 20 to 40°C.
3. Your printer may have recommended printing settings for different materials, please check the manual for optimal settings.
4. Fan the sheets before feeding into the printing (prevents sheets from sticking together).
5. Do not bend the corners, bent corners can make it difficult to feed the sheets into the printer.
6. Store the sheets at room temperature in the original packaging and avoid placing in direct sunlight or where they can get damp.
7. Suitable for inkjet and laser printers including HP, Brother, Epson, Canon, Lexmark and Kodak.
How to use
1. Clean the surface you wish to apply the vinyl on, and dry with dustless cloth.
2. If you want to be able to adjust the position of the vinyl upon application due to potential faults, spray water onto surface prior to applying.
3. Remove the vinyl from waxed backing paper. Align the vinyl to the surface you wish to apply on and carefully and lightly place the vinyl down by letting it fall naturally (similar to peeling in reverse).
4. If water was applied, readjust until desired position or peel and reapply if needed.
5. Use a squeegee (or a credit card if squeegee is unavailable) and push any air/water bubbles out to the edge, starting from the center.
6. If there are any inescapable air/water bubbles, use a scalpel to lightly slit a hole. Apply pressure once all the air/water has escaped.
7. Once applied, clean the vinyl and surrounding area with wet cloth.
