Description
Black Edwardian 1910s jacket
lighter weight fabric, almost feels like a denim, but probably a wool blend
lining has been removed
hidden buttons in front
the trim is made out of the same fabric as the jacket all top stitched on
fabric covered buttons
black velvet collar & trimm on the cuffs
there are slots on both cuffs near the point
nice stitching on the underside of the collar
this jacket is strong & very wearable but does have some issues, all fixable
*missing 3 buttons, the very top button, 1 on the trim, & the top hidden button in front for closure
*hole on the upper back & front shoulder
*small nibble on the back bottom hem line
*mid back there are some nibbles
*the one cuff the velvet has come unsewn right on the fold
*the velvet collar shows wear
*tips of the velvet cuffs show wear
all in all still a fine example from that era
