Victorian Epergne, Bowl 10" D, To top of Trumpets 18" H. In excellent condition, no chips or cracks.  One flute has the brass piece loose  but it is in the holder as shown in photos. Shades from cream to green with applied twisted green rigaree.  Please check pictures as they form part of the description. 

 My opinion varies from yours so the condition I label it may not be the same as yours. Keep in mind that these items are most often vintage or antique, sometimes decades old, so they will show some signs of wear and usage. These are not mint items from the factory.
