I based my conclusion of this vase based on searches for similar items and it shows as Vintage Wayne Husted Blenko Art Glass Charcoal Greenish Gray Ribbed Vase Mid Century.

I’m not sure if this is a Wayne Husted for Blenko Art Glass. My description is based on searches done about this vase.

The design is a mid-century modern one. The glass has an inner optical pattern in a deep charcoal grayish color, separated by a thin clear glass disk between the the bottom and top.

It is approximately 10 1/2" tall and measures 5 1/4" across the center of the top.
