This Chico's Blouse is in excellent used condition !!!  The body of the top is made of a cotton blend, T-Shirt feeling knit. The sleeves are made of a crisp cotton fabric. There is elastic at the sleeve bottom. PLEASE !!!  check the measurements below against a blouse that fits you well !!
