If you change your mind after placing your order, please open a cancellation request in eBay as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel your order before our speedy warehouse team can get to it!
Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are always dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next working day.
Our standard shipping is Royal Mail 24, which is a 1-2 business day service. We do, however, offer guaranteed next day delivery on most products for a small additional cost.
Returns
We want online shopping to be a thrill, not a gamble. That’s why, on most domestic orders, we offer completely free returns. Simply open a return request within 30-days of purchase, and we’ll send you a pre-paid returns label. We’ll even collect your return from your doorstep for no extra cost. When we receive the item, you’ll get a full refund. No questions asked and no hassle.
Your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it – if it was sealed when it arrived, it must be sealed when you send it back. If you have opened or used your item, we still offer free returns, but depending on its condition when we get it back, we may deduct up to 30% of the price you paid as a restocking fee.
However, if your item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order, please get in touch first so we can discuss possible alternative options. Don’t worry – if your item is faulty, we never charge a restocking fee.
