We have tested all ports for traffic and PoE, they will come with IOS installed and factory reset. Units have some wear on the outer case from removal and shipping, this includes scratches/scuff marks. The power supplies are all tested and working but do not come with the power cord. Front port area of the units has some plastic faceplates that have some normal wear as well. This includes scratches/scuffs or minor cracks in the plastic. The listing includes:
